Internationally certified and licensed in both drug and alcohol addiction treatment and mental health counseling, over her 30-year career, Jessica Hartley has helped countless others in their journeys of recovery. Bringing a unique approach to psychotherapy, Jessica weaves together her specialty training in dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, and psychodynamic techniques to empower her clients to heal in body, mind, and spirit.

Jessica began her career as a clinician in residential treatment facilities in the State of Vermont, USA. She later served as an intensive outpatient and outpatient psychotherapist, as well as in senior and clinical supervisory roles in several hospitals in Northern Vermont. Throughout the years in Vermont, Jessica additionally maintained a successful private practice.

Serving as a psychotherapist previously with international luxury rehabilitation centers in Malaysia, Thailand, and the famous Crossroads Centre, Antigua, West Indies, Jessica remains passionate about her vocation and enjoys guiding her clients to grow with grace and to find meaning in their lives.

An ardent advocate as well, Jessica’s recent work includes volunteering at a refugee Buddhist meditation center in Burma, teaching at a boarding school in Kathmandu, aiding an organic tea farm on the Nepal/India border and homesteading in Turkey.
