Way has been passionate about sports from an early age, and in particular soccer. It was this passion for sports that led Way to study Sports Science at Thammasat University in Bangkok, where he qualified with Honors.
Following his successful studies, Way went on to complete an elite football coaching internship with S.C.G. Muangthong United (a Thai Premier League team), where he worked alongside the coaching staff learning the drills and conditioning protocols necessary to produce professional level athletic performance. Subsequent to this successful internship, Way worked as an in-house Personal trainer at the prestigious Cascade Club in Bangkok, building a broad base of experience working with both Thais and Expats of different levels of fitness.
Way is an instantly likable and friendly Personal Trainer who enjoys the challenge of tailor-making sessions that help each and every client achieve their own unique fitness goals. His philosophy is to create fitness programs that achieve the desired outcomes, in a safe and effective way. As clients work through each session, they can expect to build a strong fitness foundation that will help them continue to live healthy lives long after their valuable time with us here at DARA.
Way is certified to conduct Personal Training, Morning Workouts, Evening Activities and Extra Group Activities at DARA. He also enjoys supervising clients on weekend excursions.
