YTT300 Yoga & Meditation Teacher
So has always been passionate about the health benefits of yoga. After time spent in a yoga school expanding her knowledge, she went on to Northern India where she completed an intense yoga course. In this course So gained a deeper understanding of the principles and meaning of yoga. As a YTT 500 teacher as well as Vinyasa and Astanga trained, So can work with complete beginners or more advanced individuals.
Having taught yoga for a number of years she is experienced to lead large group sessions or individual sessions depending on the need of the client. So is not only interested in yoga but is involved in endurance sports such as long-distance trail running and trains herself regularly. Being physically active her whole life allows So to understand the benefits of physical therapy and her aim is to pass on her knowledge and teachings.
