Support Worker
Zandra held a long-term ambition of becoming a Psychologist from an early age. She really enjoyed her OJT at a private drug rehab facility during her Psychology undergrad, where she volunteered for a further 6 months. She also went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
While taking her MA in Psychology, she took the Solution Focus Brief Therapy training to become certified.
Working as a counselor in the Philippines for the employees from several international companies who were under Employment Assistance Program Zandra has built up her skills to work with clients struggling with mental health and life issues.
Zandra enjoys interacting with people but most of all she has a strong desire to help; she has become a valued member of our DARA team Her experience in customer service for more than 8 years has paved a way to be a part of our Intake and Support team.
